Terms of Use

The game

FLEA HUNT is a free social game for the $FLEA meme community. By signing in, you agree to these terms, the Rules and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and follow X's own rules when completing hunts. Nothing is ever for sale and you never need to pay or buy anything to play or to win.

BITES have no value

• BITES are in-game points used only for streaks, leaderboards and competition rankings inside FLEA HUNT.
• BITES have no cash or monetary value, are not a cryptocurrency or token, and are not property.
• BITES cannot be bought, sold, transferred, traded, exchanged or redeemed for anything.
• Ranking well in a prize competition can win a prize, but BITES themselves are never converted into money or tokens.

Prize competitions

From time to time we run free prize competitions, such as the weekly competition and sponsored competitions. Each one has its own page under Prizes showing its dates, prizes, eligibility and rules. If a competition page and these terms disagree, the competition page wins for that competition.

• Who can win: you must be 18 or older, your X account must be public and at least 90 days old when the competition ends (or older, if the competition page says so), and you may use only one account. Official FLEA accounts, the FLEA HUNT team and any accounts excluded on the competition page can't win.
• Where: competitions are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Some countries may be excluded; if you live in an excluded country you can't win, and using a VPN or similar tool to hide where you are leads to disqualification.
• Winners: rankings are based on verified BITES earned during the competition window. All results are reviewed by the FLEA HUNT team before anyone is confirmed as a winner. If a winner is disqualified or doesn't qualify, the next eligible player moves up.
• Payment: prizes are paid manually by the FLEA HUNT team from the competition's public prize wallet, after the winner is approved, to a public Solana address the winner provides on their profile. Payments are made only from the prize wallet shown on the competition page and are recorded publicly once confirmed on the blockchain.
• Your address: you are responsible for giving a correct address you control. Blockchain payments can't be reversed, and we can't replace a prize sent to the address you gave us. If a winner doesn't provide an eligible address within 14 days of the competition ending, the prize may pass to the next eligible player.
• Prize value: prize values shown in AUD are approximate at the time of announcement. Token prices change, and the value you receive may be higher or lower. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash or anything else.
• Taxes: winners are responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting that apply to their prize where they live.
• Our decision: we may cancel, pause, change or void a competition if something outside our control (such as an X outage, a bug, or cheating) affects it fairly. Our decisions on eligibility and winners are final, acting reasonably and in good faith.

Community Rewards Vault

• The vault is a public Solana wallet controlled by the FLEA HUNT team and used to grow the community prize pool. Its address and balance are shown on the homepage and can be checked by anyone on the blockchain.
• Donations are voluntary gifts. They don't earn BITES, competition entries, $FLEA, winning advantages or any other benefit in the game, and they don't guarantee that any prize will be offered, awarded or paid.
• Donations are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Blockchain payments can't be reversed, so please check the amount and address before you approve. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be excluded.
• Donations aren't an investment and give no ownership, control or claim over the vault or its funds.
• You must be 18 or older to donate, and only donate if doing so is legal where you live.
• Prizes funded from the vault are announced and paid under each competition's rules, manually, from that competition's own prize wallet.
• Only send SOL on the Solana network to the address shown on fleahunt.fun. We will never DM you asking for a donation.
• Donations may not be tax-deductible. Any tax rules that apply to your donation are your responsibility.

Sponsors

Some competitions are sponsored by another project, which may provide the prize or feature its token. Sponsored competitions are clearly marked. A sponsor is responsible for its own project, and a sponsorship isn't an endorsement by FLEA HUNT of that project or its token. X is not a sponsor of, and is not associated with, any FLEA HUNT competition.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site — including any featured or sponsor token, prize wallet or leaderboard — is an offer to buy or sell any token, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto tokens are highly risky and can lose all of their value. Do your own research.

Fair play

We may remove BITES, reset streaks, disqualify players from competitions, withhold unpaid prizes, or remove players from the game for cheating, bots or automation, multiple accounts, bought or swapped accounts, hiding your location, abusive content, or anything else that harms the game or its community.

Changes and availability

The game is provided as-is. We may change, pause or end the game, hunts, rewards or these terms at any time; changes to a competition that has already started will only be made where needed to keep it fair. We aren't responsible for X being unavailable, for X changing how posts can be checked, or for delays or failures on any blockchain network.
