The Rules

The hunt

• Each hunt (a HOST) asks you to do one thing on X — usually quote, reply to or repost an official @FLEAONSOL post.
• Every hunt runs for a set window, shown as a countdown on the hunt card. Only posts made during the window count.
• Tap OPEN HUNT ON X, complete the action, then come back and tap VERIFY HUNT.

Verification

• Verification is automatic. We check your most recent 10 X posts made since the hunt started.
• Your post must match the hunt exactly: the right action on the right post, and the required tag (e.g. #FLEAHUNT) if there is one.
• Your X account must be public — we can't see posts from protected accounts.
• New posts can take a minute to appear. If verification doesn't find your post, wait a moment and tap VERIFY HUNT again.
• Each post can only be used for one hunt, and each player can only complete each hunt once.

BITES

BITES are only awarded after X verification. BITES are non-transferable in-game points with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded or redeemed.

• Main hunt — complete the hunt shown on the card.
• Bonus actions — after your hunt is verified, a reply to the HOST post and a quote or repost of it can earn extra BITES (whichever isn't the main action). Each bonus counts once per hunt, and each X post can only earn once.
• Replies need real words — emoji, tags and links alone don't count, and copied replies earn nothing.
• Likes and follows can't be verified, so they never earn BITES.
• Reward amounts are shown on each hunt card and may change between hunts.

Streaks

Your streak counts consecutive days (UTC) on which you verified at least one hunt. Miss a full UTC day and your streak resets. Reaching streak milestones (such as 3, 7, 14 and 30 days) earns a one-off bonus for that streak.

Big Host bonus

If your own X account has a large following and you genuinely quote or share the hunt, you earn a Big Host bonus — once per hunt. Follower counts are read directly from X. Accounts must be public and established, and the largest accounts are reviewed by the FLEA team before the bonus is paid.

Leaderboards

• The weekly leaderboard ranks BITES earned since Monday 00:00 UTC and resets every week.
• The all-time leaderboard ranks total BITES.

Prize competitions

Free prize competitions rank players by verified BITES earned during the competition window. Live competitions are listed on the Prizes page, each with its own dates, prizes and rules. Entry is automatic — just play.

• You must be 18 or older, with a public X account at least 90 days old when the competition ends. One account per person.
• Ties go to the player who reached their total first.
• Official FLEA accounts, the FLEA HUNT team and accounts excluded on the competition page can't win. Some countries may be excluded; using a VPN to get around this leads to disqualification.
• Every result is reviewed by the FLEA HUNT team. If a winner is disqualified or doesn't qualify, the next eligible player moves up.
• Winners add a Solana address on their Profile. Prizes are sent manually from the competition's public prize wallet after approval, and every payment appears in the Winners Hall with a link to the blockchain record.
• We will never ask for your secret phrase, a fee or a payment to release a prize.

Full prize terms are in the Terms of Use.

Fair play

One account per person, and your X account must be at least a month old to earn BITES (90 days to win a prize). Bots, automation, buying or swapping accounts, bought followers, hiding your location, or any attempt to game verification can lead to BITES being removed, disqualification from competitions and accounts being excluded from the game. Official FLEA accounts don't earn BITES.
